• If you provide us feedback or contact us via e-mail, we     will collect your name and e-mail address, as well as any other content     included in the e-mail, in order to send you a reply.
• When you participate in one of our surveys, we may     collect additional profile information.
• When you post messages on our Site, the information     contained in your posting will be stored on our servers.
• We may also collect Personal Information at other     points in our Site that state that Personal Information is being     collected.

b.Information Collected via Technology.

• To make our Site and Services more useful to you, our     servers (which may be hosted by a third party service provider) collect     information from you, including your browser type, operating system,     Internet Protocol (IP) address (a number that is automatically assigned to     your computer when you use the Internet, which may vary from session to     session), domain name, and/or a date/time stamp for your visit. We use     this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze     trends, to administer the Site, to track users’ movements around the Site     and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. Wecurrently use Google Analytics as well as Google Analytics for DisplayAdvertising. Theinformation collected during the user first contact process by Life & Decomay be used by Life & Deco to: contact the user, customize content to matchuser preferences, display the user status, and display the date of an user lastvisit

Wemay share your Personal Information with third party service providers to:provide you with the Services that we offer you through our Site; to conductquality assurance testing; to facilitate creation of accounts; to providetechnical support; and/or to provide other services to Life & Deco. Thesethird party service providers are required not to use your Personal Informationother than to provide the services requested by Life & Deco.

We have no control over, do not review, and cannot beresponsible for, these outside websites or their content. Please be aware thatthe terms of this Privacy Policy do not apply to these outside websites or content,or to any collection of data after you click on links to such outside websites.

Ifyou (i) log on to the Service with your login credentials from a socialnetworking site (such as Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn) (“Social NetworkingSite”) or (ii) associate your Account with your account at a Social NetworkingSite, we may receive information about you from such Social Networking Site, inaccordance with such Social Networking Site’s terms of use and privacy policy(“SNS Terms”). We may add this information to the information we have alreadycollected from you via the Service. If you elect to share your information withthese Social Networking Site, we will share information with them in accordancewith your election. b.Changes to Personal Information.

Youmay change any of your Personal Information in your Account by editing yourprofile within your Account or contacting us via the Site. You may requestdeletion of your Personal Information by contacting us at support@lifeanddeco.com,but please note that we may be required to keep this information and not deleteit (or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we willcomply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled suchrequirements). When we delete any information, it will be deleted from theactive database, but may remain in our archives.

Wewill retain your information for as long as you are a customer or as needed toprovide you Services, for fraud prevention and similar purposes and asnecessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforceour agreements.

Life& Deco is committed to protecting the security of your PersonalInformation. We (and our third party service providers) use a variety ofindustry-standard security technologies and procedures to help protect yourPersonal Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. When youenter sensitive information (such as a credit card number or SS#) on our orderforms, we (or our third party service providers) encrypt transmission of thatinformation using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We also require you toenter a password to access your Account information. Please do not discloseyour Account password to unauthorized people. OurSite offers publicly accessible blogs. You should be aware that any informationyou provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others whoaccess them. Ifyou choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our Site, we willask you for your friend’s name and email address. Life &Deco stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-timeemail and tracking the success of our referral program.
